Did I say that I love Rockman? After finishing my first Rockman fan art, I decided to make another one. This time it's Megaman Volnutt of the Megaman Legends fame. 

Even us fans don't really know if this version is the same one as the blue bomber we know and love because he's not entirely a robot, I think. For one he has a last name, Volnutt. No megaman name ever mentioned his last name. It was just always Rockman. With his name being Rock and Dr. Wily adding Man afterwards making it seem like his last name. But of course he really didn't needed one. But in Megaman Legends he does.

 And that's not all. He and Roll doesn't seem to be related, there was also a scene where he busts in on her while she was undressed... Okay robots don't get incest right? or emotions while being naked.. right? Anyway. I loved this game. It's basically one of my favorites. Sure the Angry Video Game Nerd didn't really liked this version of Megaman because he complained a lot about the controllers and pretty much compared it to Link and Mario 64. 

But don't let that stop you from playing this game. It's a diamond in the rough! First of all it's an RPG where you get to play as an adventure seeking treasure hunter with a flying ship! What's not to like?! And second the story is quite good to! You battle pirates, also with flying ships! And Lego like henchmen called the Sevbots (now known as Minions, such a rip off!). But the best part is the characters. I liked Tiesel and Tron Bonne the most, even Bon Bonne thier lumpy huge baby brother who is as cute as he is challenging to face off with in the game.

So okay that's enough of me promoting the Legends series. I haven't even spoken about the sequel, oh and the third one that got canned before it was even finished.

I basically did the same thing I did from the previous Megaman / Rockman artwork. Having to sketched lightly the pose of the characters and then tightening the pencils and scanning it afterwards. I again colored it digitally at MicrograFX and to my surprise it turned out pretty well. I hope you Megaman Legends fans like this fan art. I enjoyed making this artwork and I hope this brings you back memories. And here's to hoping the Megaman Legends 3 will still happen in the future! :D
